I am sorry boys and girls that I did not put up the Super Stars for last week. I forgot about it since we did not have homework, and I wasn’t adding to the blog. I promise to post the names of the Super Stars this week on Thursday afternoon. Thank you for understanding!
I am adding the link for the spelling list (Unit 24) for this week at the bottom of this post. Also, 4A did not take the spelling test last Thursday because of the Arabic test. I will give it to you tomorrow morning.
Don’t forget that both classes will take the Lesson 22 Test tomorrow (Tuesday).
Homework – May 16:
1. Reread the story “I Can Do That” in your text-book. There will be ten questions about the story on the test.
2. Review the target vocabulary for Unit 22.
3. Practice Book – page 282

Grade 4 News – May 9

on:Dear Parents,
The tests for Arabic, Religion, and Social Studies Arabic will be given this Thursday (May 12) and Sunday (May 15). Therefore students will not be given regular homework during this time. They will study their spelling words at school and take their spelling test as usual. The words are not difficult, and the children wanted to finish the unit rather than carry it over into another week. I do encourage the students to read for a short period of time before going to bed each night. It is optional, and they do not have to put it in their planners. I hope this helps everyone and reduces the concern about studying for the Arabic tests.
Thank you for your concern and suggestions.
Ms. PK
